We provide regular communication / updates to all parties involved in the transaction (including agents etc) in order to reach completion quickly.
Currently our fees are not subject to VAT and the only disbursements that we charge are the fixed Search fees; Stamp Duty and Land Registry fees.

Joanne Isherwood was really good to deal with. Excellent at returning calls and emails, and making sure each step of the way that we knew what was happening, that we understood the process, and knew what our obligations were, as well as what was in our best interests to pursue.
