Not one agreed arrangement was met:
Agreed to arrive first thing on 28th November : Did not arrive until gone 11AM - I was contracted to be out of the house by 12 noon - after a rushed uplift finally managed to get away at 1.15PM
I was compelled to pay the local authority in Croydon over £100 to allow parking outside the new address - this ran from 8AM to 6PM allowing ample time for AMC to offload etc. It was explained that the uplift would take place on 28th November, the vehicle would travel south on 29th November with offload to take place first thing on 30th November. - the lorry eventually arrived at 8.15PM on the Wednesday - pitch black, parking dispensation no longer valid - a very rushed offload - lots of damage to furniture etc - I was totally exhausted by the end of the experience - I would never, ever recommend their services to anyone - not even my worst enemy!!

AMC Removals UK work extremely hard to provide an excellent level of service and so consequently we are very very disappointed that the customer was not delighted with the service received.
AMC Removals have apologised unreservably to the customer for the inconvenience caused.
We will endeavor to improve our procedures so that the chance of this occuring in the future will be reduced to zero. The majority of our feedback is positive, but we do appreciate that in a very small minority of cases we do need to try even harder.

Excellent job, fast and efficient. Boxes were included in the price and left with me, which was a help. Removal men were very helpful, willing to move furniture already in situ in new property.
