A number of boxes were left in the wrong rooms (boxes labelled bedroom left in the garage etc). A number of items did not have sufficient wrapping/protect and so suffered some damage.
That said they had to make two trips due to the vans being too small and were very accommodating being left the keys to do the removals without us.

It works i.e. the web site did what I wanted it to do.
The company delayed their start time but apart from that they were excellent.
