Very efficient and helpful. Mike and his team gave expert advice before the move and on the day and provided some extra support (an additional stopover on the day) which was much appreciated.
Everything ran very smoothly without any damage to belongings and all the First Class Removals team were polite and hard working. I would recommend their work and professionalism to others.

Mike, The Boss came round and viewed what we had to move and suggested the best combination taking into account the removal locations, 2 Lutons rather than one large van (more staff but would be quicker and easier)
Team turned up on time and just set about moving stuff, wrapping furniture where necessary and moved stuff carefully. All packed very quickly then it was wait for the keys. we called when we collected the keys and the two vans were at the new property when we arrived. Again swift careful moving in of our possessions. Items placed where we wanted.
Very pleased we found First Class Removals, we cannot recommend them highly enough

When Mike came to give the original quote, he reassured me that all of my belongings would be well looked after. The team certainly kept that promise. They were fast, friendly and efficient, and every item was treated with care and respect.
I had estimated that we would be out of the flat we were moving from by about 11:30, but by 11:20 all of my belongings were safely installed in my new home!
I would have no hesitation in recommending First Class Removals to others, and will certainly use them when I eventually move again. They are a credit to the profession.
A big thank you to Mike, Scott, Ami and Gary for their hard work.

This company made a stressful experience 100% more stressful because:-
1.After changing the agreed start time from 8.15am to 9.30am (24hrs before the move) they finally turned up at 1PM!!
2. The van was too small to take all my effects. I was asked:"What can we leave behind?"!!!
I had to return a day later and cram stuff into my car
3. The men had obviously already done a job before coming to move me, they were tired and ill-prepared - no water or food to keep them going.When one of them almost passed out they wanted to know if I could provide something to eat and drink!
4. When we were ready to leave the men didn't even know where they were going!
5. They finally finished at 11pm, leaving boxes and furniture in the wrong rooms on the wrong floors, I have had to get someone in to finish what they should have done as part of the move.
6.I asked Mike Harper about new covers for the sofas and mattresses, he assured me that they were used as standard; they used old blankets. My furniture was damaged as was my orthopaedic mattress. He told me my goods were insured for £25,000. When I asked him for an insurance claim form, he told me to send him the bill. When I tried to tell him how unsatisfactory his service was he shouted me down and then hung up.
7. This man is only interested in getting your money. He couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction.
8. Please remove this company from your website and spare someone else a very unpleasant experience
