I was given the T&Cs at the time of the removal and, with my life in boxes, shoved it somewhere in my car. I didn't think to read it there and then. However, after some stuff was damaged I contacted the firm to ask how to claim. By this time it was a week after the move and I found it was too late.
However, the guys were great. It took ages (not their fault) to make the move but they were patient and did a good job. Good VFM too.

final price remained same as the quote but the service promised was different. the vans were clearly too small and we required two trips. took 11 hours and would not have finished in the day had we not enlisted help from friends. did not dismantle and reassemble furniture as promised. we did that. told us that furniture did not fit in the attic and left it downstairs. we successfully transferred it into the attic the day after. the firm was cheap and probably worth the money we paid but sold themselves as providing a level of service that they did not provide. luckily we were able to pitch in and were happy to do so for the cost saving. nice rfiendly service.

Hi,
All was done as promised, this move took 8 hours as delay for keys made this 11 hours, i did visit property and lots of stuff to be packed to which i estimated amount as very hard to do, Mike changed his original date so we could only send was was free on day, as where he lives would not be able to put lorry as block road. The team did not put in attic as risk of damage unless they are prepared to sign a waiver to take this risk we do not take risk, on payment that evening Kelly asked if all done to there reply yes, our team would of resembled if required, let me point out this move no damage and 11 hours with delays for 4 bed large house move is quite good i would say.
