Alan Cook Removals is an established family owned firm with an excellent reputation for providing a quality removal service at an affordable price. The company has been successfully moving people’s home possessions for 30 years and operate from our own yard, furniture depositary and office at Chedgrave, nine miles south of Norwich.
Alan Cook Removals is large enough to provide the resources you need while being small enough to offer a friendly service. We aim to help you enjoy a stress free home move, each one is carried out with care and good humour. We have eight removal vans of varying sizes to suit all size house moves, they are coach built with drop down rear ramps permitting a walk in and walk out with your furniture.
- We can offer storage facilities at competitive rates, our warehouses are fitted with both security and fire alarms and linked to Redcare. On arrival an inventory is taken, mattresses are fitted with tailored covers and divan beds, mattresses etc. are stored in a separate centrally heated bedding store.
- Our packing service is available and is tailored to suit each individual clients needs. The skilled packing team will take great care of your possessions; they are experienced in handling fine objects, china, porcelain, oil paintings and silverware and have packed homes from large country homes to two bedroom city flats and are there for you to call on when time is of the essence.
- We provide a full written, no obligation quotation and if accepted we deliver a range of boxes and packaging free of charge, all we require is a deposit against your moving quote. We do not charge waiting time if keys are released late, the price on your written quotation is the price paid.
At the end of each removal you would be asked for your comments on a signing off sheet, these comments are available for viewing in our office at Chedgrave.
