Very good service, moved me at very short notice after I had been let down by another company. The Alliance guys also took a sofa from the house I moved into and put it into storgae without prior notice. Would definitely use firm again :-)

Attempt by movers to change time of move from am to pm at last moment was a worry as this was simply not possible for me.
Request for payment in cash - especially without having agreed this before hand - was a concern.
