TSA-Removals are a Portuguese based company which offers International Removal Services, covering the UK, Portugal and Spain.
We have built our reputation by the permanent search for fast and efficient answers to the needs and questions of our clients.
We seek for a variety of solutions for each service requested, (sustained technologically by an effective material group modern), using specialized personnel and the appropriate packing material for the effect.
Services
The move of your company or residence begins with the contact and description of the goods to be carried.
When necessary, a visit by a qualified member of our staff will be arranged to check the inventory, of belongings to carry and the packing requirements.
A detailed, estimation of cost for the requested service will then be presented to the client.
On the moving day our team initiates their work with the preparation and packing of all goods, such as furniture, ware, books, decorative objects, pictures, works of art, pianos, safes, appliances, clothes and others, in every case using the correct packing material to provide adequate protection for each item.
Our removals company is equipped with 5 different types of vehicle, small, medium and large with an elevator platform for loading of heavy items
Our services and items carried are fully insured. This comprehensive insurance is given so that our clients may be sure that their possessions are adequately covered whilst in the possession of our company.
Storage
Our warehouse is maintained to a high standard and items are stored carefully and with the needs of our clients always in mind.

In the beginning everything seemed fine as Mr. Curado answered quickly and we agreed quickly on the conditions (price like in your quote).
The problems started when the first company (subcontracted by Mr. Curado) had picked up the goods. Mr. Curado called us to ask where he had to take them over/pick them up from that company, a fact which did not really generate trust. After we had called the first company and put them in contact with Mr. Curado, he did not feel the urge to call us and tell us everything was fine.
In Spain we rented a van from people that Mr. Curado recommended. The help of these two was supposed to be included in the price (I still have all the e-mails stating this). As these two didn't know about this and did not have to have any information about our house which I gave Mr. Curado explicitely (3rd floor, no elevator) they called him to check back; he just stated that their work was not paid by him (contrary than declared by him in writing before) and they should leave our belongings in the entrance and leave if we do not pay them. This we did as we had no other choice.
In the end: Mr. Curado is quick in replying and making (written) assurances. But as soon as he (and TSA-Removals) has the money he does not care very much and tries to cut costs. I would not recommend this company anymore and due to the treatment and the breaking of the contract we think about further publishing of our experiences .
