Very efficient, turned up early and got straight on with task. Only complaint from the wife is that on the day itself the weather was awful and they did make a bit of a mess of the carpets. Soon hoovered up though.

Contact with rep good. A2B did not use blankets ect to cover glass cabinet or anything else that needed covering, left large mirror in lounge had to get them to go back and get it from my flat and take it to new home after they had asked me to get it down myself and put in my car to take to new home, im am 66 years old. I think reallymoving should vet company's better. Would not Recommend A2B

I would to remind "Charlie" that one of the staff went around your flat with you and asked if that was everything you replied yes.when you got to the other property 10 miles away you asked for a mirror that was hanging in the lounge then said dont worry i will put it in the car when i go back to clean.then you phoned the office and asked if we could send someone around to get mirror as it was too heavy we could not get into flat as arranged with you,then 2 days later you phoned again and i sent someone around to collect mirror this time you were there and it was collected .the second argument is a load of rubbish as there are wardrobe boxes in the van the guys used blankets and then put the wardrobe boxes around the glass unit for extra care ,if they were bnot used or blankets used we would have had damage i have not had a claim so perhaps we did something right .

Very good company with helpful staff who would advise us and would turn up when required to drop off packing materials when asked. Would recommend this firm to anyone, especially to people who haven't used a removal firm before. They made the day very enjoyable and left us to concentrate on the other things that have to be done.

They were over optomistic with how much they could pack in the time allocated, and so we did a lot of what they said they could do. However on the day of the move they were fantastic, they all worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble, so I would recomend them!
