All contact was professional and in timely fashion. The surveyor was thorough, really pleasant and safe to have around the house. He didn't cause any disruption and the finished survey was informative, full of photos and very fair. The invoice was paid and acknowledgement made immediately by Helen Hadley. Thank you for recommending this excellent professional company.

A swift and detailed reply, suggesting options for my specific requirements which turned out to be cheaper than the original more automated type quote (which would have been the cheapest anyway). I highly recommend the firm, as I would also reallymoving.com as I was scratching my head as where to start.

This is a family business and it shows. Both Helen and Michael have a easy professional way in talking with you and answer all your questions in a way that the layman can understand.
I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.
reallymoving.com gave me the opportunity to compare prices and companies. Without this I would not have found Michael and Helen Hadley.

The survey is being carried out this week but I was very impressed with the helpful email I had in response to mine re query about cavity wall insulation, firstly that they bothered answering at all, and secondly that it addressed my query, and this was before I had booked the survey.

Michael Hadley was very nice and sounded very professional. So I went ahead.
He arranged the viewing quickly and one day after the viewing I had my survey emailed. The post delivered the hard copy a couple of days later.
Well structured and clear survey report and a good for the pocket 30 day payment terms.
