We didn't end up moving but if we had, I would have definitely used this company. The contact was incredibly helpful, with good email communications and easy to chat to. When we do get moving, I will go directly to this company as I was very impressed.

The only slight negative was that although they did the survey very promptly, there was a slight delay in sending the report. However the report was thorough and our follow-up questions were promptly and satisfactorily dealt with. They were friendly and helpful at all times.
