Thoroughly recommended.
The transaction was a repossession property, so the vendors were wanting a prompt completion within 4 weeks. Lambert Pugh complied without adding any spurious charges for "rapid completion" etc. A very good service and I would use them again without hesitation.

I was very impressed indeed. I will use the practice next time. I did not proceed to buy the house due to asbetos , but the professionalism and speed was very impressive indeed.

Reallymoving.com was a great find and I will continue to use when I need to find a service. The company was average in their service as I had to chase a little bit to keep things moving although they did respond well when I did manage to catch up with them.

I chose Lambert Pugh following positive comments from other users of this site, and my experience was pretty similar. The service was as quoted, in terms of costs, and overall so was the quality. Communication was fustrating at times, but eventually the sale was concluded successfully, without major drama.
Regular and efficent communication would be the key point in negotiating a stress free purchase.
