Very friendly staff of the removal company but they do need to make sure appointment is taken down correctly and pass on to the sales people, as I have to call to make another appointment one week later. Time management of removal staff needs improvement. Other than that I would say is value for money.

I was very impressed with the team who did the packing and who did the move. They were professional, and worked hard to overcome difficulties, and were prompt to fix the few minor damages. In my case I had a very large sofa that took a number of tries to get it out to the van, and then multiple attempts to get it into the new living room. They did succeed though and I am happy overall.

Friendly and approachable - definietly have the full quote done because it is worth talking to someone - particularly if you have some "different" items to remove. I my case sailing related.

You have a great service - but got fed up with people phoning me and trying to outbid eacnh other, even though I had already told them that I'd decided and booked it with the one I chose; Can you have an email only option - or "don't contact me" option?

The staff were really pleasant and made a stressful day much easier however they were not as careful as they could have been. One house ornament was smashed and our desk and bookcase were scratched. There was also mild scratches on the base stand on our tv.
