Peter was obviously a very busy man, but always easy to find on the phone and available and willing to answer all my questions about the survey. I opted for a building survey since I was buying an older house and it did give me a lot of valuable information about the property. Peter completed the survey within a few days of my contacting him and he even went back in the property a few days later with an associate at no additional cost to survey a loft that was very difficult to access. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends and feel the service the provided was excellent with brilliant value for money!

Peter was fantastic. I instructed Peter on a Monday he was inside the house to survey the very next day and I had a completed HomeBuyer Report emailed to me the following day. A paper copy was also sent to me a couple of days later. Peter was also a delight to deal with and would always invite me to ask him about any queries. Brilliant! He is recommended on every from price to service and speed!

From the initial contact with Peter, the sevice was superb. We were updated frequently by both email and phone and the survey was done within days. We were telephoned with the survey findings the same day and this was immediately followed by an emailed copy of the report and numerous photos in support. The paper copy arrived within a couple of days.
I cannot recommend the company too highly. Peter is efficient, polite and friendly and readily answers any questions. Thank you so much.

Peter at McLachlan Associates emailed me immediately and from there on I was able to make contact with him by email and phone. He always responded promptly. The survey was carried out within days of my first contact and I had various phone and email updates along the way. Peter did the survey am and phoned me pm with a verbal report and then emailed a full copy along with numerous photographs. The paper copy arrived a couple of days later. We have talked since to have points explained.
It was an excellent, very prompt and efficient service. Peter is a really nice, friendly man to deal with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Contacted McLachlan Associates Monday, had telephone conversation and emails,survey was completed Friday. Peter rang Friday pm to talk me through the survey outcomes. The report was emailed to me on Monday and paper copy arrived in post Tuesday. A very prompt and efficient service. Thank you

It was an excellent service. I was able to make contact with surveyor immediately, by email, and the survey was carried out within five days of my first contact. All but one of my contacts were made by email. Emails were always responded to promptly. Peter was a really nice man to deal with. I would definately recommend reallymoving.com. - thank you for your service.

Really Moving - useful web site, gave information and, in one case, instant response.
McLachlan Associates - took instructions by email and did the survey within 7 days. Results to RICS format but report contained too many typos - better proofreading required.
