Jim and the Mr Reliable team were very flexible, very pleasant to deal with and very professional. The move was thoroughly set up so that on the day it all went very smoothly. We used the packing materials Jim recommended and found the prices reasonable and the quality excellent. Jim's estimate for quantities needed was spot on. We had awkward parking, narrow doorways and steep stairs, but the guys handled it all with a smile and never looked to add extra charges. If you want a highly personal service that makes the moving process easier, Mr Reliable is a very good investment.

A really proffessional service. Although it made for a long day, the team, lead by Jim, arrived on time and kept going into the night. They even found the water and elecric and turned those on! There was no extra charge waiting for me to get the keys

Arrived on time. Got straight to work on emptying our 3-Bed Semi in to two Luton vans. Jim had another job on the same day but the two chps he sent did a quick but careful job of loading the vans.
Also picked up stuff i had in 30Sqft storage facility nearby. No extra charge as it was relatively small amount and local.

I got several quotes from moving companies - some who came to see and some who just gave quote over phone. The range of quotes was huge and I was unsure to trust. Mr Reliable did a good and honest job from 8am to 8pm in a move from an 8th floor 2 bed flat in Woking to a 3 bed terraced house in Richmond. They coped with some challenging disassembly and assemble work. Price was competitive and these guys work hard. No problem in recommending Mr Reliable.

I have to admit I was sceptical about using Mr Relianble as the quote they gave seemed to good to be true, and I wasn't even sure if they would turn up on the day as it all seemed very informal. However, the boys turned up as arranged bright and early and were fantastic. It was only a local move so we did a few trips, and the two crew members (sorry, can't remember your names as it was a few weeks ago now!) were friendly, hard-working, considerate and well organised. It took 12 hours to complete the move and they barely stopped in that time. I would definitely recommend Mr Reliable to others and would use them again, especially when you compare their prices to some of the other removal firms out there. The only thing negative I would say is, the packaging supplier they recommend is quite expensive when you can get some good packaging deals on ebay. So if you are uncertain whether to use them or not, I would say go ahead!

Very personable, hard working team who took care of our possessions. Would definitely recommend! the only negative is that there is no power supply for your fridge/ freezers. therefore if you get delayed like we did the few items we had in our fridge needed to be thrown away!
