Mark managed to squeeze my home report within the same week I called, which was important for me, as it was urgent.
I had to wait 3 days to get the final report by e mail, which is standard I suppose.
Mark was available for questions afterwards.

I found the reallymoving.com website to be very helpful in finding a surveyor as I had not previously used a surveyor. In regards, to the work done by Acorn's Surveyors I was really impressed with their surveyor’s attention to detail and the speed of turnaround of the completed report. Furthermore, when I wanted to ask questions about the completed survey they were more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
