I was not at all happy with having to pay a difference of £120. I was pretty thorough in listing everything I had & when I asked the salesperson on the telephone if we could more things on the van if there was room I was told Yes - that won't be a problem. No one ever mentioned that we might have to pay more.
The men that moved our belongings worked very hard & did a good job, it's just a shame it was let down by such a huge increase in cost.

the removal men came with a small van..i had told firm i had a lotof" stuff" to move..had to do 2 trips and pay cash in advance.it was dark when we had finally done, my things were piled up everywhere and i had to move a lot myself , even tho cartons were clearly marked for different places, ie garage, down one flight of stairs. not happy with price or service. oh, incidently my son helped with moving all large items..for free..

extremely pleased with the service provided very thourough and proffesional i did contact the firm afterwards to thank them and compliment there staff and would definitely recommend them to friends and family

They were extremely helpful and very nice. They were quick and efficient, but very careful with all of our belongings. If there was anything they thought needed more wrap on they let me know just to be sure. All 3 guys made a chaotic day go much smoother. The only down side was I had marked all of the boxes and only half of them made it to the correct rooms. The rest were put in one room, so it took us a little longer to find everything and unpack. But they were excellent and would defiantly use them again if we move in the future. Thank you all again!

I needed to move from Northampton to Edinburgh, and due to the large distance quotes I received were rather hefty.Simply Removals were the cheapest bidders so I contacted with them. The people on the phone were nice and helpful and the team that moved our house were very professional. They started at 6:20 in the morning and unloaded the lorry in Edinburgh the same day at about 10:00 PM. I would use them again without hesitation. They appeared to be the only company willing to move our house within the same day.

2 charming Romanian men arrived but the language barrier was a little difficult. I would suggest they team a native speaker with any foreign worker. Also I stated very clearly that I had a piano to move but they sent a van with no tail lift...not good for the staffs' backs or my piano.

Absolutely brilliant !!
The two lads never stopped working, even when I bought them lunch ! We had them stop off on the way to pick up some gear from another house we were taking to our new house. Not a problem.

I thought that it was exceptional service carried out without any fuss or bother for a good price. The guys worked hard and were cheerful despite a very long day (they started at 4am). There was only one very minor item of damage, that of a soft lampshade. It was a complicated if small move and they worked well with us to make sure everything ended up in the right place.

Simply Removals would have scored a full 5 on service but were over and hour late. Having said that the two guys that arrived did a fantastic job, very polite, fast but careful and no grumbles about anything. Great value for money.

Full credit to the Team on the day. They worked flat-out - no tea-breaks! - on a warm day. All very courteous and friendly despite their circa-16 hour day. Please pass my thanks to them.

I had gotten myself into a right tizz over the whole removal day and was worrying about allsorts going wrong. I never write these things ever but wanted to in this case, because the 2 men made my huge move from England to Scotland ALOT better and less stressful than I had imagined it could be. They arrived EARLY even with a 7am call time and worked really hard both this and the other end. I was very impressed and thank them both. One of them even dismantled my bed and then after the long drive re assembled it again for me so I had somewhere to sleep. The price was brilliant and did not alter.
I have pretty much unpacked everthing now and nothing was damaged. I would definietly use them again, no question.

They arrived on time, extremely courteous and focused on loading the van as quickly as possible, but without any risk to our goods. They declined a tea break until they had almost finished. They then got to the new property, unloaded just as quickly as they had loaded and, as we had marked all boxes with room numbers and also put stickers on all doors, all boxes went ot the correct room.
I would heartily endorse this firm 100% and recommend them for a fast, cost-effective and efficient move. Many thanks!!!
