Fantastic service and support throughout the process.
Helpful and plenty of patience with first time buyers, great at explaining the full process.

Despite several changes of contacts, Conveyancing Direct carried out our conveyancing with speed and efficiency. We were able to move into our property on the proposed changeover date. I would certainly recommend them.

The company was first class, there were no hidden costs, the paperwork and figures within it were easy to understand and I though there was a basic clarity which I appreciated. Overall a great service at a great price. One niggle I had was that I had to be proactive in contacting the solicitor dealing with my file and that she did not get back to me as quickly as I would have liked and I eventually felt it was easier for me to submit offers myself rather than relying on Conveyancing Direct (which I was happy to do because I got instant feedback from the sellers solicitor rather than waiting for a 3rd party - Conveyancing Direct - to tell me)

Generaly they were fast moving and efficient. I had higher quotes from other sources so was pleased to discover this firm (via the internet) As a layman I found the final account statement a little confusing but made no follow up enquiry as the end figure was just as I expected. In conclusion a very successful transaction with no criticisms.

The whole process undertaken by Conveyancing Direct went very well without a hitch and they followed my instructions to the letter. My transaction was somewhat different in that we were moving south and required the transaction to be made by electronic money transfer to enable our purchase to go through the following day but the moneys were received the day as expected and transferred to our English Solicitor that day who we also selected via you organisation and the purchase was made as per schedule. Excellent.

I was sceptical initially that the costs were too good to be true as I'd had several quotes from local Solicitors & the best price was 3 times more expensive than my total costs. No qualms about using the same process in the future.
Quote for conveyancing fees, offer to purchase and & confirmation of aceptance of offer to purchase was all completed within 24 hours! Very much quicker and much less painful financially than using Solicitors & Estate Agents! Able to email or phone with any queries and they were answered promptly. I paid all fees plus the cash payment for the property via online banking, despite the Sellers demand that the property payment must be made through CHAPS system. I contacted Conveyancing Direct stating that I was refusing to pay bank charges of £25 for a CHAPS transaction. I advised that I would be paying online as per previous payments which gave 5-6 days for the cash to transfer. No resistance was made by Conveyancing Direct. Overall experience was good as didn't have to travel to Solicitors for umpteen meetings, didn't have to pay for every letter written and business was concluded swiftly! Would not hesitate to use same method for buying/selling in the future & have already recommended to Familiy/Friends that they shoudl give it a try if required.
