Slight delay on producing written document, with a few minor errors/omissions. However, overall they provided an excellent service, including a free return visit to check a particular area of concern. Always willing to discuss the survey on the telephone. Would definitely recommend Bowcliffe.

I got a really good service from Andrew. He arranged the survey promptly and kept me updated throughout the process. My only slight complaint was that I received the report 3 days after we were expecting it, but the personal service he offered made up for this, with Andrew being available to discuss the findings before the report was written.
I would definitely recommend Bowcliffe to anyone moving, good service and a competitive price.
