What an exellent service! Nothing was too much trouble, both Dan and his assistant were cheerful, polite and extremely hard working all day. Our move went without a hitch, thanks to them. We moved my Dad, who, being 80, gets a bit confused bless him and the guys showed him much patience and compassion. We would recommend Abacus removals to anyone. If you want a great service, and good value for money, look no further!

Help with the move was really good. All packed and on lorry quickly and moved within a few hours. Could of not done it without them. Well worth the money spent.

Ensure you get what you expect and expect to get what you pay for.
Although this company was dirt cheap, 2 guys turned up, one with a bad back claiming there should have been 3 of them, 2 to do the heavy lifting. One guy had just driven 6 hours through the night after working the previous day on another job. In the end the move took 8 hours, 6 of which involved me doing much of the heavy lifting. The owner danny just laughed this off and was unwilling to compensate. *Comment removed by moderator*

I am disappointed with the comments from this person as I reduced the price to try and help him.
The 2 men that turned up are very good at their jobs and I trust them on any removal, I have never had any complaints in the last 2 years regarding them.
The move took 8 hours which is average for this size of move, the customer did help the 2 men on the day but this was not asked for but very much appreciated.
The customer called me to see if i could reduce the price for him as he had helped my men but i told him that i had already dropped the price for him as low as i could.
I later found out from the 2 men on the job that he was very happy with the work that they did and due to circumstances he couldn't give them a tip, so instead he was going to try and get some reduction on the price so he could split it with my 2 men..
As you can see from all of my other feedback the service and value that people receive from myself is consistent and I aim to do the best job possible for every one of my clients.

Abacus removals gave us a top notch service. From packing up to unpacking they were quick, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend them. They are also very good value for money.

The team were really well organised. They arrived on time, had a great spirit and made the move as unstressful as these things can be. We would certainly recommend them and use them again ourselves. They even brought in an extra worker to help unload to speed things up.

I cannot remember contact name but he was pleasant and helpful as i was unable to give him a definate date but was their right on the button whenI needed him. whole move took four and half hours a snip at the price and would use him again.

I found this to be a very pleasant and stress free service. There was good communication throughout and Daniel was very helpful, providing extra boxes and wrapping.
Being a move of about 200 miles I was pleasantly surprised on the speediness from packing at one end, the journey, and then the unpacking. I highly recommend Abacus Removals for value for money and service.

Dan was extremely helpful prior to the move. Dan, Andy & Andy were great in the removal from our house and arrived at our new house 100 miles away in plenty of time.

The personal service was excellent & they were keen to ensure we were moved with as little disruption as possible, despite the heavy snow. Boxes, paper & tape were all provided saving me having to source them separately.
They worked hard & as quickly as possible. We have just had new neighbours move in using a national company. There were 4 men & it took twice as long as ours, because they stood chatting etc.
I would recommend Dan/Abacus to anyone moving home & we were grateful for their assistance.
