The process of obtaining quotes was extremely simple and quick.
The surveyor's support staff were very helpful and answered queries promptly.
I wanted some further information about the report produced, but was unable to contact the surveyor directly. A call back was requested, but was not answered.

i would like to say thank you to really moving.you saved me over £150.00 which is a lot of money .and it was a very understandable and efficient site .miller metcalfe limited the service you provided was efficient very good value .and i even recieved a phone call off the gentleman(mr grant sail) on the day to confirm the survey had been done and details of survey in brief.he was a very polite and helpful man which put my mind at rest . waiting for the post to arrive with results can be stressfull . i have previously bought property and used other surveyers but miller metcalfe ltd are by far my best choice for service quality price and customer care thank you

As Someone with no previous experience of getting in a surveyor etc I found it very straight forward, and staff were always there to clarify things with me first. Dates were kept to and it was a very prompt service considering we had an Easter Bank holiday in between the first contact.

This was a very efficient service that did exactly what it said on the tin...on time with an easy to read report. The people I spoke to on the phone made t fel like a personal service and it was also good value.

Highly rated. They were the cheapest of the quotes. Within a matter of minutes of submitting details and receiving quote, Miller Metcalfe called and offered a further reduction. It was significantly lower than all the others. Reviews by others were good. Unfortunately, we didn't go ahead with the quote as the lender was offering a surveyor which was even better value and which Miller Metcalfe could not match. They didn't quibble about returning the money.

Really good value for a homebuyers report. Only niggle was I waited 9 days from booking the survey to receiving the report. I would have liked the report back soon as time was critical. Surveyor did call me though on the day he carried out the report so all in all I would have no hesitation in recommending.
