From the start of the process all staff was friendly and efficient. Their close attention to detail, excellent communication skills and caring attitude inspired confidence from the outset. Their service was professional, smooth and they got the job done quickly. I was delighted with the efficient way everything was handled on our behalf and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

Excellent, friendly service. Conveyancing carried out almost entirely by email - they are in Manchester, we are in Scotland and the property being sold was in South Yorkshire but this created no problems whatsoever! Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic. I had the direct line number for my conveyancer, Frank (rather than an assistant) and he was great, very helpful. Returned my calls and kept me informed. The purchase was quick and hassle free and their fees were much lower than I was quoted by other solicitors.

Unfortunately we will not use this company again. They hardly ever got back to us. They said dates given for moving were good to go. However we ended up having 3 dates for moving.

Its still early days to give a full opinion.They have offices in Manchester which proved convenient when exchanging documents. The staff have been pleasant to deal with and have been helpful. Whenever I have required an update on proceedings they have been informative and quick to respond. Although its a small property they are dealing with, we are hoping for all to be completed within 6 weeks from the date of instruction, which I think is reasonable.

Excellent service and great price. Nothing more to say really. Always replied to emails within 2-3hrs and contacted me via the phone without any chasing. When I did call, there was always someone very helpful to speak to if Amanda was unavailable. Emmie Mowatt was actually my main point of contact on Amandas behalf and I cannot praise her enthusiam enough.
