Survey completed within 4 days, only delay due to access. Price as advertised. Easy to understand and comprehensive report. Answered any questions I had in layman terms. Overall, did exactly what they said would.

Was charged £65.00 more than quoted price, but was desperate to get the survey performed so paid the extra.
Survey performed very swiftly, although a little confusion over getting the final report.
Having said all of the above I would still be happy to use Conerstone again.
