Reallymoving.com is easy to use and I received a response from all those selected.
Simply Removals provided me with enough information prior to the move and offered me an option to pay for the move 2 days before so that I didn't have to worry about carrying cash around on the day of the move. The 2 employees arrived promptly, worked quickly and were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use the compnay again.

The two [Polish I think] guys who turned up on the day were helpful, polite and just got on with the job even tho' it took longer than they expected because I needed help with packing that had not been planned for.
They did scratch the top of one piece of furniture - which I wish they had pointed out to me - I found the scratch the next day - but compared to the last time I moved, this experience was far better.
I would happily use the company again.

I was really impressed. The two people that were sent to do the move were extremely professional and hard working. They didn't stop for breaks, they carried on regardless. They were very careful with all of our belongings not just the fragile items. I would happily use Simply Removals again and I would definately recomend them to anyone moving house.

Was told 12-3 pm, actually arrived at 3.45, wasted a whole day waiting to move. They had phoned earlier in the day to say they didn't have "Hanging clothes boxes" on board so we had put all our clothes in ours & friends cars,they actually had loads of said boxex when they did arrive! At the end of the whole removal ordeal, there wasn't room for us to take our garden furniture& plant pots so we have to pay someone else to collect these! We got held up in school/rush hour traffic making it almost 6 pm when we got to our new home!( only 2 miles away) The 2 chaps were extremely helpful & efficent, though their lack of english was notable but they DID work very well.

Extremely happy with both. Especially since we organised the move at the very last minute. I.e comparison email during the week, called back on Friday, booked Saturday & move took place on the Monday.
Liked that they called us to follow up on our asking for a quote. Good service.

Yes-The move was excellent and the guys were more than helpful and polite-BUT their billing needs to be sorted out.We went for the hourly rate which was good but unbeknown to me when my wife spoke to the office they took 2 hours deposit(£120) initially.When the move was complete the driver told me I had to pay for the 4 hours work in cash(£240) immediately.I had to race off to a cash point to pay them.When I told my wife- she told me that she had already paid the office £120.The driver did not give me a receipt.We have spoken to the office 4 times now and they are very nice and say the £120 will be refunded asap but over 2 weeks later we are still waiting for the refund.They need to sort their billing out between the office and the drivers! Waiting in hope that this will not drag out into a legal battle.

We are delighted that the customer was pleased with the removal service. However we regret and apologise unreservedly for the accounting error that ocurred causing the customer to pay for the service twice, and furthermore the time taken to resolve this was unacceptable,
We have now put in to place stringent controls to ensure that this will not happen again.
I can also add that the payment was refunded over a month ago along with an additional goodwill gesture.

Simply Removals.co.uk: This was by far the cheapest option available and was an initial risk as in most cases you get what you pay for. However, the two men that arrived were polite, courteous and worked very hard to move all of our furniture. Their ability to load the van in the most effective way was impressive. They wiped their feet in and out of the house. All of our furniture was loaded and unloaded in five hours which is a feat in itself. I would strongly recommend this company and it proves that you do not have to spend a fortune to get quality.

It didn’t start off to well, because there were problems with the Big Pack storage packing boxes not being correct. However it was rectified quickly by them.
I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Simply Removals. The two young men that did the move worked extremely long and hard and were both very courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
I would definitely use reallymoving.com again and once again would recommend you to others.

We were really happy with the quotes received from our online enquiry on your website and SimplyRemovals were excellent on the day of the move. We have recommended your website to others as well as SimplyRemovals as a company. The Simply Removals team were courteous and efficient and made the move go very smoothly. We really appreciated their professional and polite attitude, as we were feeling very stressed (due to the poor weather conditions on the day of the move and the move itself). The team arrived on time and worked hard throughout. I did feel a little vulnerable with the men that turned up to move my possessions.
A number of things were knocked or damaged within the moving process.
My bed was taken apart without any questions asked and therefore very difficult to put back together again.
The removal men were nice enough but did not speak much english therefore the process became a little more difficult with what to move and what to leave behind.
