Excellent service on both fronts.
It took 7 days from date of instruction to receiving the report, which just about met my needs, would use again.

the company was efficient and e mailed me the results there was a slight delay between the survey and the report being e mailed but as it was over the easter weekend i think this was probably the cause.Any questions i raised were answered quickly.They also told me i should use surveyors who are registered. It was useful to use your comparision site as i didnt have any idea what surveys cost and the quote from one estate agent was nearly twice as much as the one i used from your site.

The service provided by bValued was prompt and efficient, with Mr Bletchly keeping me informed of progress. The report was very comprehensive and informative, and it was very helpful to meet Mr Bletchly on site at the time of the survey to discuss the findings. I would recommend bValued and would use them again in the future.

I live in Portugal so my contact with bValued was very much at arms length. Mr Bletchley was attentive and a pleasure to deal with, he sent me many emails to keep me informed of
developments. My daughter was his contact in the UK and she shares my opinion of bValued Ltd. I would recommend the company to anyone needing the sort of services which they provide.

The service was very good. Although the surveyor was based in a different town to where we were located we had no porblem getting in touch with him and him dealing with our queries. He was very knowledgeable and provided extra information to answer our questions. I would recommend him.

Arthur was very prompt and proactive, he had undertaken the survey within 24 hours of my initial contact and we had the homebuyer's survey report ten days later. The survey was thorough and fair. At the time he was also the cheapest- highly recommended.

Mr Bletchley was very thorough with his survey, giving advice on all aspects of the work that needs to be done and the probable cost to do the work. He advised me which property would be better to purchace in terms of value for money and was very prompt with his findings. I would definately use this firm again without hesitation. thank you for finding him for me
