The company were great. Cynthia was a pleasure to deal with, they carried out an initial visit to assess the job and provide an accurate quote. We went for the packing service which was efficient, friendly and everything was packed well and securely. The move day itself went smoothly; the men were really and friendly and looked after my elderly mum, putting everything in the correct rooms and making it as easy as possible to unpack. I'd strongly recommend the company for their professional and friendly, good value approach. They made a very stressful process much easier!

It rained the whole day, they did not cover any of the furniture so everything was soaked. They also dama.ged a few of the items, some of which I did not notice at the time. Eventually, they put a blanket down in the new house but not before they had soaked everywhere including the stair carpet. They even caught the decor

We can not be held reasonable for the weather on the day of the move or for the torrential rain
However a blanket was put down to soak up the rain. The coffee table was picked up and sent to repairers as soon as we had been informed and will be returned back to the customer as soon as it’s ready
We apologies if she feels she did not receive value for money.

Jack who came to estimate was great, very professional. The 3 people who moved us on the day were amazing! Quick and efficient, very respectful of our items. Found the lady in the office slightly hard work, failed to return my calls when I was getting nervous regarding the size of the vehicle they had allocated to my move, she says he says situation. She says she left a message on my phone but I didn't get any messages.

Apologies for any misunderstanding, the vans we provide are always big enough, this is the reason we send our estimator round to check the size of the job. However we do understand removing house is very stressful, especial the day before the removal.
I am really please that the removal went successfully on the day and the vehicle sent was big enough.

Cynthia is very helpful and personable, i must have called her/emailed every day for a week and she still was happy to answer (yet another) query. The guys who came and did the move were great; even helping me to collect up stray things which i had inadvertantly left in rooms which had been cleared. Service on the removals day was appalling. The crew arrived two and a half hours late - we had to keep phoning the office to try and find out what was going on. Kept being told "they'll be with you in 10 minutes/20 minutes/half an hour..." etc. Obviously this was just what we needed on the moving day. That said, the guys themselves were very efficient when they did finally turn up.
