Nothing was too much trouble for this company. Everyone was extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. Moving day went very smoothly and as planned. Would throughly recommend this company and can not praise them highly enough.

Armstrong Removals were excellent nothing was to much trouble they ask me to sit in the chair while they lifted and packed everything didn't have to do a thing untill it was time to pack the chair i was sat on, they quote was about half the amount quoted by another firm. Everything was stress free and was by far the easiest move i've made can't thank them enough.

Chris and Mark Were excellent. They really went the extra mile on this removal which had a couple of hidden complications. I am very grateful to them and would recommend them 100%. 2 very nice, very ethical men. if all removal companies were like this I think moving would be a lot less stressful!

We would highly recommend using this service. We found all those who contacted us to be very polite and courteous, so we soon realised that it was trustworthy and reliable information. Armstrong removals were a pleasure to use - courteous and polite, careful and efficient too. Would highly recommend them.

the online quotes I got were less than half of what they said they would charge me (following on site quote) and I had no extra items from the form completed.
That's quite a diference and it made me think of them as sharks fishing for potential victims who don't ask them to come for a home quote

Really moving.com was great and gave a great choice. Armstrong removals could not be faulted. They worked hard were very professional and well priced.

If it was possible to give this company zero stars I would do.
We paid for them to move our belongings on October 27th and this was confirmed in writing. October 27th arrived and they didnt. The owner had gone on holiday without notifying us or leaving any contact details for the company - all we had was an answering machine message saying they were closed. My husband and his father were forced to move the boxes and several items of furniture since we were due to complete on the sale of our house that week and couldnt afford to pay for a second company.
The following day they arrived to complete the removal. Although the staff were very nice it didnt make up for the fact that we had to take unplanned holiday and arrange for people to help with our move.
When the owner returned he made a series of excuses, blaming us and then his staff for the mix up. However he did promise to compensate us for the fact that they were 24 hours late. Unfortunately he has since changed his mind about this because we have his boxes on loan which he has also decided we have to return to him at our own cost.
This company should be avoided at all costs. They are untrustworthy and highly unprofessional.

The removals team did a 1st class job, and made what was a stressful day more enjoyable. The team arrived right on time, were really helpful and friendly. They got everything in the right place for us at the new property and kept happy even though some of our boxes were not marked. The team took great care of all our things.
I would not hesitate to use this team again & would ask for the same guys - Steve, and Andy (?) I think...
