We were very impressed with the service we received from Kwik Move - we can't fault the removal guys on the day - they very extremely efficient and dis-assembled and re-assembled our beds and funiture very proficiently. They made our moving day stress free and we couldn't have done it without them.

All the moving guys were very helpful and cheerful. They tried their best to move things the way we wanted and to the correct location to make it as stress free as possible. When we had issues getting a sofa out from our cellar their boss who turned up used to work for DFS and managed to take them apart and put them back together in the new house - very helpful!
They had underestimated the amount of stuff we had in the loft, so the actual moving day was a bit stressful as we overran on time at the old house, and didn't leave there till nearly 2 - instead of at 12.30 as we were supposed to. But luckily our buyers had the same issue!

Kwik Move were extremely efficient and made the moving and storing process much less stressful - all the staff were polite and knowledgeable - would definately reccommend them

I would never use this company again. We were told they would be with us by 12.30pm. They didnt arrive until 2.00pm. We were unable to contact them on the day of moving as the local office was closed and their telephone answering service could not contact the personnel. The two men who arrived (who were very helpful) had not been properly briefed so were not aware that the destination was a second floor apartment. We did lodge a formal complaint and they never even had the coutesy to call us on Monday to follow up. My wife and I are likely to need removals companies twice more this year. We will definitely not be using Kwikmove for either.
Your service was easy to use and the follow up by the varioous companies was very good.

The service from start to finish was fantastic, the people on the phone were so helpful, the pre visit was prompt and friendly and helpful. The two guys who done the actual move worked hard and were very professional, polite and very caring. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and I will recommend them to anyone, thanks.
