Martin was very helpful, getting my survey done with very short notice. Martin was very knowledgeable about the market and addressed my queries over the phone. The delivery of the final report took a week, rather than the 2 days promised, which was disappointing and the reason for 4, not 5, stars.

Company response:
RICS Homebuyer Survey reports are completed and sent out to clients within a five working day turn- a- round. (subject to payment being received) We are not able to sent reports to clients prior to this completed process. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our delivery, and are totally committed to excellent customer service.

Generally really easy to deal with - clear emails and very timely on getting things started. My only issue was that the report took much longer than the 5 working days promised to be completed - they were very helpful and quick to sort it out though. Report itself was clear and thorough.

This website was a fantastic source of information when I needed to find a surveyor for a first time buy. I read the positive reviews about Banbridge and chose to use them for my Homebuyer Survey.
Martin was a great source of advice from start to finish and wasted no time in booking the survey and delivering the results. Martin took the time to call me straight after the survey to give a quick overview of the findings. He gave another call as he emailed the full survey to explain a few further details and reassure me that if I had any queries I could call him. When I did have a couple of questions he was happy to explain them in layman's terms and give advice.
I have no hesitation in recommending Banbridge Surveyors. Great on price and a great service with a friendly personal touch.

I was really please with the service offered by Banbridge surveyors. They understood the urgency (I was hoping to buy at auction and had to move quickly) and carried out and wrote up the survery within days. I didn't get the property but I did find surveyors I trust and would be happy to use again.
