Chase : provided a really quick response to our requests. Were happy to add specific requests to a general survey for a reasonable on cost- information that we needed for buy to let property specifically and for insurance. Report was thorough and Mr Chase was happy to talk through details and implications.
Really moving : a really quick and efficient way of getting some quoptes in particualrly as we wanted to conduct survey in an area well away from where we live.
Happy for all my comments to be made public as being able to read other people's views on services was valued by me when choosing a surveyor

Fantastic Value! Had a friend who is also a surveyor look through the report and they were so impressed by the comprehensive detail covered they plan to use them too. I would highly recommend Chase and Associates.

I have already commented on my dealings with this company and wish to amend my
comment. I was perhaps a little hasty in criticising the speed of delivery of my
structural survey report. As it has been pointed out to me, a Bank Holiday did fall within
the period promised so I suppose that justifies a little delay. It was the failed promise
after wondering where it was after being promised and it failing to materialize.
The postal service also leaves a lot to be desired.
However now received and am pleased with the concise nature of the report so
alls well that ends well.

I received a fantastic service from Chase and Associates and would strongly recommend their services. They were able to conduct the building survey the very next day and provide their report by email within 3 working days. The written report was comprehensive and clear and they were happy to answer questions I had about the results by phone. Theirs was the most competitive quote and given that the results mean I have revised my offer significantly, this survey represents fantastic value for money. I'll definitely be using Chase and Associates again if this sale can no longer proceed. I'm also very impressed with the service offered by reallymoving.com, this website is both money and time saving.

reallymoving.com was ideal as I didn't have to wait for quotes, unlike several search websites where they say it is instant but then just pass your details on to the surveyors instead of actually giving you the quotes there and then. it made the process of finding a surveyor much quicker than ringing round and was ideal as I could do it at night after work (when the actual surveyors offices would be closed).
