I ordered a full building survey & valuation for a repossessed house and gave Clive the surveyor as much information as I could find about the house. Clive was polite in addressing my pre-survey questions and finished the survey work quite quickly. The survey report was vey detailed and written mostly in plain, easy-to-understand English. I acted on his recommendations to have roof checked before the exchange. In summary, I found Clive's service professional and fee reasonable (not the cheapest quote I received), and would recommend his survey work.

Clive was really helpful, giving us oral feedback in advance of the written report which helped to put the points raised in the latter in context.

Survey good.
However I would not recommend using Reallymoving.com because the actual cost of the survey was more than £50 more expensive than the online quote. There is really no point in using the service if there is this much of an error. Best to get a quote directly from a local company.

As we do not live in the area it was really useful to access such a service online. Davis Meade were the cheapest and most local to the area, Chris contacted me by phone to talk through the estimate and the survey was carried out within 2 day - excellent!
