We would recommend Clockwork Removals to friends and family. They were polite efficient and hardworking. All in all they move took 9 hours door to door and the guys were as polite and helpful at the end of the day as they were at the start. Exellent!

The service from the company was excellent. A long and complex move was completed in two days and we have so far not found anything damaged or broken. The price was high, but it was matched by excellent service.
Your estimating service was obviously not easy to use as I think I completely under estimated the amount of goods we had to move.

We had problems from the minute they turned up! They didn't know we had wardrobes to take down and re-assemble at the other house even though it was on the contract and we had paid £200 for this service. They hadn't brought any tools and so used ours. The man who came to give us the estimate in the first place was in fact the joiner and said he would be with us on the day to sort the wardrobes out but he was on another job in Birmingham. There was also a spillage of oil onto our box's, we had no idea where this oil had come from as we couldn't find any empty bottles, we went through a few box's as the lads looked on, it wasn't until a few days later we said where's our large glass thermeter. We finally realised that the spillage of oil was out of our thermeter and so the lads must have hidden the evidence of a glass tube with glass balls connected to different temperatures, they looked on as they knew nothing about this incident. In the estimate, we were told that the bed and office desk would be taken to pieces too, my husband and I had this to do. From arriving at our Mexborough house at 08:50 hrs and leaving off our drive in Misterton at 19:00 hrs, words cannot explain how we felt, it should have been a couple of hours either side of moving, we were exasperated.
