Hanover helped me complete on my house purchase prior to the stamp duty exemption deadline. Whilst i had to constantly chase for progress updates Caroline really pulled out all of the stops to complete ahead of a really tight deadline.

Really moving was great help. hanover solicitors looked like cheapest option, but at the end, after a lot of extra charges not mentioned since the beggining, it was as expensive as the others. In addition, Hanover Solicitors seemed to busy always, and service provided was quite poor.

Somewhat surprised by these comments considering we go thorugh all charges on the telephone and list these individually within our terms of business which clients obtain and agree to by signing an agreement at the outset.
We do not hide charges from clients and i note as in this case when clients buy new properties they are somewhat surprised by the extra charges from the developers in addition to our own which may seem daunting.
Unfortunately March 2012 was a nightmare for most law firms due to the SDLT deadline however all our clients successfully completed.

Very good value for money . As a mortgage broker I have clients that pay double that of Hanover and the service is no better.

I highly recommend Caroline's services; she worked assiduously for us and her persistence and tenacity focusing on the facts in the face of severe pressure from the estate agents and vendors solicitor actually saved us from making a very expensive mistake.
On top of all this she was friendly, polite and responsive.

I experienced a fantastic bespoke service from Hanover Solicitors, the parner of the firm Caroline Joseph was never too busy to talk to me, the staff were very friendly and competent, and i received an excellent speedy service.
All queries were dealt with effieciently and an added bonus was the cost which was exactly what i was originally quoted .
An all round excellent service, i only wish all solicitor firms were this good.
