NBM Solicitors were good value and a professional service, would recommend them to anyone. Reallymoving.com is a excellent site for finding good professional companies, really made our move easier with cost savings.

Very good value for money
Online tracking system is good for communication and updates, It also made the process speedier and clearer.
Sometimes difficult to make questions clear over email, and was not always easy to contact over the phone.
I found them very helpful, but my estate agent said they had to chase them a number of times.
Would recommend for value for money, but maybe not if you need to complete within 6 weeks of sale.

I instructed NBM on the price as it was the cheapest company by far. It was so competitive compared to the other law firms that i could not turn it down.
However, after being sent the log in and password for the case note system they use i started to watch the progress on my purchase and sale. It was a complicated case and nothing was straight forward but what was really annoying, is that the case note system was not being used and instead emails were sent back and forwards.
The solicitors were awful at communicating. I would send emails and they were not answered. I would call, and no one picks up.
I waited days before i received any answers to any emails and even then i had to chase them by phone.
I only found out what was happening to my purchase through contact with the owners and with my sale through the estate agency. It was that bad!
When i did receive emails from the solicitors, they were never addressed to 'Dear sir/Mr/Mrs .. but they were written with no salutation and no 'good good buy/regards.! These people were astonishingly rude and unprofessional.
Even taking the price in to account, i would never recommend or use this company again.
When will people learn about customer service.

We note the feedback left above. We were very sorry to hear that this client was unhappy, but were also surprised as, at the time the feedback was initially left, his transaction had not completed, and we would have expected him to have taken these issues up with us as we would have been quite happy to address his concerns in-house.
We were also surprised as the instruction in question did not come to us directly through this website, but rather was the client's third transaction with us with no problems known on the previous two in relation to which he must have been generally satisfied to have re-instructed us.
We tend to correspond with clients as they choose, eg. if they e-mail

Although I was allocated Nick Maestri as my contact at NMB I never really spoke to him it was always an assistant. Sometimes it's nice to hear from "the man himself"
The service provided by reallymoving.com made it really easy for me to decide who to use as a conveyancer as all the telephone numbers, contact details were provided by email. Good service, keep up the good work.

The company acted as if they were doing me a favour.
Had a set deadline to work to, which they failed to meet and I then had to chase them up everyday to get them to do work.
Their customer service was so bad that I had the solicitor ask me not to call them as they knew their was a deadline, before I had to remind that I had paid them for a service they were failing to deliver and I had every right to do this.

Reallymoving proved an excellent choice in our quest for a good local conveyancing company.
NBM are excellent and their on-line tracking and reporting system is wonderful.
As soon as we successfully secure another property we shall contact them again. We shall also be using them to draw up our wills.

Despite the extra cost, which was connected with organising the mortgage. not included in the original quote, I would still recommend this company and use them again. There is steady progress and all actions are documented online in an easy to understand format available on demand.

Chose because they were locally based so could visit in person as necessary. We would have felt more uneasy had this not been the case. Value for money was excellent compared to other quotes we received from local companies (up to four times less expensive) for what was a fairly simple transaction. The online tracker for communications and messaging was very useful.
We experienced one small delay waiting for a document from the vendor's solicitor - the vendor's solicitor had said they not received the request until EA followed it up. Whatever the cause, this communication problem was really the only issue in the entire transaction, so very happy overall.
