David was very professional and vey prompt. survey was done within a few days of request and the report was sent via email the same day. Phone contact was good and David rang to go through the survey. Excellent service highly recommended.

Very impressed on both counts. Quotes came quickly and were followed up by telephone calls.
Mr Edmondson was professional, helpful and a straight talker. The survey was completed in the afternoon and we had a detailed on-line report the same evening. I would recommend him without reservation.

David was really good. He allowed me to view the property with him and pointed out all the parts that needed attention. In addition he got the full building report back to me the same night and a hard copy a couple of days later, excellent service.
Would definitely recommend using again.

We were really happy with the service David provided. His response was speedy and his work was thorough. He seemed to really understand older properties so there was no scare-mongering about the condition and suitability of a house that has stood for over 300 years although he pointed out very practical issues and identified realistic solutions.
We would thoroughly recommend D.V.E. Surveyors for their sensible and pragmatic approach.

I can wholeheartedly recommend DVE Surveyors. David explained to us that because of the recent age of our property, we need not have the full structural survey but only an extended homebuyers survey. This saved us money which is sorely needed for other expenditure at such an expensive time.

Very quick and efficient service. However needs to update report template to use new RICS "traffic light" format, and to refer to "Gas Safe" rather than the outdated "Corgi."

I have found the reallymoving site very useful to get an idea how much various house moving services cost.
I found Mr Edmundsen extremely efficient and very friendly and concerned that I was completely satisfied with the service provided, happy to answer all my questions at some length.

I was very impressed by this company. Competitive price, speedy response to both initial enquiry and setting a date for the survey followed by a very speedy final report being prepared and sent with follow-up phone calls to ensure I had received the report and was happy with it. Would recommend them to others.

I found the whole experience very easy to source. Mr Edmondson was very efficient, and provided a comprehensive report later the same day of the survey, which was most helpful. I subsequently spoke to him, to ask for clarification on one point, and was reassured by his response. I would definitely use this company again, and indeed recommend them to other people.
