I was delighted with the full structural survey received from Mr Stobart. The report was very professional and contained a wealth of detail including photographs and useful information. I would have no hesitation in recommending this gentleman to other prospective house purchasers.

After reading lots of good reviews about John and JMS Surveying Services I decided to book John for a Home Buyers Survey. He booked me in within the week and carried out a very informative and useful survey, which has allowed us to negotiate £2,000 off the asking price
The most useful thing was the follow up call – John spoke to me in great detail about any worry I had about the property and I found this quite reassuring.
In essence I would recommend John and JMS Surveying Services and would use them again!!

Would highly recommend JMS Surveying Services, Mr. Stobart was friendly, helpful and professional, carried out the survey promptly and provided an email copy very soon after completion before supplying a hard copy by post.
I was also very impressed with reallymoving.com for the easily navigable site, the competitive quotes and the range of services they offer, this was my first visit to their site and it is now bookmarked as it will be the first - and probably the only - site I will use for such services in the future.
