I would have preferred some more information on the planning of the move, a letter of confirmation sooner than a week before the move
Thank you very much for your feedback, all of which is greatly appreciated. We try to provide all the information necessary as soon as physically possible to all of our clients, however the final checks are always carried out 1 week prior to removal, due to the fact that the majority of bookings can only confirm their removal within this time frame. This avoids multiple calls to the same client and wasting both ours and the clients' time. We will take on board your comments and will discuss at our next internal meeting, discussing the logistics and practicality of the potential change.
