Media Coverage: Buyers skimping on home survey check
HOMEBUYERS are risking thousands of pounds by not getting the right or even any survey to check that their new home is in good structural order, according to property experts.
Research by reallymoving.com has revealed an estimated 80 per cent of buyers do not commission any kind of survey, relying solely on the mortgage lender's valuation...

"Some buyers may feel that a survey is an unnecessary expense, but this very often proves to be a false economy."
