Reallymoving.com has extended the existing star rating system to become the first comparison quoting website to provide a validated customer feedback system. Now customers can read reviews that have been written by previous users, helping them to choose the best company for their requirements and budget.
Only users who have registered and validated their email address can submit feedback, so consumers can be assured that all comments are completely genuine. Companies are given the opportunity to respond to any negative feedback they might receive.
