Is ground floor bathrooms a problem?

I'm contemplating on buying a lovely 3 bedroom house it's everything I'm currently looking for in a first time house but the only snag is that it has a Ground Floor Bathroom, in the future my circumstances will change and I will want to buy a bigger property, but I don't want to be in a situation where this property will be hard to sell, are properties with this layout generally a good investment?

Ground floor bathrooms are not everyone's ideal, but are fairly common.  You should negotiate a price to reflect this. Three beds is a lot of bedrooms to not have a top floor bath.
