Problems highlighted by a survey in the Home Report

If the survey indicates a severe problem in regards to the properties condition, does the seller have to rectify it?

This is completely up to the seller; they may decide to fix the problem before putting it on the market or may leave the decision for the potential buyer. There is no legislation that states the seller must fix the problem before marketing the property.
