Two solicitors if brother earns share of house
I am planning to move to North Yorkshire next year, and will be selling my house in East London. I own 3/4 and my brother (who is living in North Yorkshire) owns 1/4. Will we need two solicitors to deal with the sale, or will I be able to take care of the sale at my end David
