Homebuyers Report vs Building Survey
Hi Rosie - can you tell me what the difference is between a HomeBuyers' Report and a Building Survey? I don't know which one to go for. Rob
The HomeBuyers report is generally for more modern houses (and including a valuation) and the Building Survey is best for pre-war houses and homes that you intend to extend or which have been extended, but don't generally have a valuation. We have a general guide that wll help you decide which survey you need. However, speak to your surveyor when you get a surveyors quote who will give you the best advice for your personal situation.
