Can the estate agent charge for bad service?
Please could you tell me if the agency I have gone with has rights to charge me if I change my mind because I am not happy with his service, I have only been with him for one week and problems already, I thought there was a cooling off period.
I'm afraid you'd need to check the terms of your agreement which must, by law be in writing and for a fixed period of time. A good agent will want to resolve your problems.
