Surveyor says asking price is too high
I am in the process of buying a house and just received my surveyor’s report which is telling the house is not worth the value I am paying for. What options do I have?
What a time to find out! I would try to use it to renegotiate with the seller. If this works great. If not, you have a choice, either go ahead with the original price or look for another property.
