Will the seller pay for the broken heating
I have recently moved house and found the central heating system not to be working correctly even though the seller stated that it was in good working order on the 'Additional Enquiries before Contract' form. Can I get the costs of repair back from the seller?
It’s probably worth trying and I would get back to your seller asap to require him to get the system working or compensate you. You’d probably need to check this with a
solicitor
to be sure.
