Sharing conveyancing solicitors
I am purchasing a bungalow privately from an associate of mine. Can we both share the same conveyance/solicitors or is there a conflict of interest?
You can share a solicitor, but if there are any disagreements it may be difficult. It may be worth talking to one solicitor, but making your concerns clear, and agreeing up-front with your associate that you’ll try to work with one solicitor, but appoint a second if any conflicting issues arise.
