Buying another house as a council tennant
I need some advice on buying a property. I am married and living with my husband in a council flat which is on my husbands name. My name also added in the tenancy agreement. Now I want to buy a property on my name. So just need advice on whether I can buy a property on my name, even if we are living on the council property.
