Neighbour has taken some of our land
If our neighbour has taken 3-4ft of our land that we are paying a mortgage for, and they are council tenants, can we charge ground rent if they are not willing to give it back? If so do we charge the council (landlord) of the adjacent house, or the tenants? If we cannot charge anything what would we have to do legally to get our land back if the council are ignoring us?
I’d suggest talking to a solicitor. It sounds like they have stolen land that belongs to you. Wake Up!
