I am trying to sell a house on a busy road, which seems to be putting off potential viewers, what advise can you give me?
Price usually sorts this out. Don’t let yourself get negative or think of your house as unsaleable. Selling a house on a busy road will put off some buyers, but not all of them. Make sure your property is marketed as widely as possible. If you can't wait you may need to cut the price.
